What we do with your details
We use your email to do the digitizing jobs you send us. We also use browser analytics to understand how the site is used.
What we collect
When you send us a job: your email address, the details you fill in (the file name, finished size, fabric and notes) and the artwork file you email us. We do not ask for your home address.
Site analytics
When analytics is enabled, Amplitude collects page views and interactions with the site, along with browser and device information. Session replay is configured for all sessions so we can review how people use the pages and identify problems.
Why we keep it
Your email, job details and artwork, only to digitize that job and send the stitch file back to you. Your artwork is never used for anything else or shown to anyone else.
What we never do
We do not sell your email address or your artwork. We do not rent them, trade them, or hand them to anyone else to market with. They stay with us and with the mail service that carries our emails.
Leaving the list
Every update has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you are off, no questions asked. If you would rather just tell a person, write to [email protected] and we will take you off by hand.
