Billing questions
What happens after the free month?
Your plan renews at the monthly or yearly price you picked, unless you cancel first. You get a notice before the first charge, and nothing is charged during the free month.
How do I pay?
UPI Autopay, debit and credit cards, or netbanking eMandate, all through Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
What counts as one design?
One artwork at one size for one fabric. A new size, placement, fabric or artwork is a new design. Corrections to a design we delivered are free and never use up your allowance.
Do unused designs roll over?
No. Your allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Moving up to Business lifts your allowance straight away, and billing switches at your next cycle.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from your account. You keep access to every file we delivered.
